Hi Oppos. Just wanted to finally share my cars. I bought a 2005 Scion xB for my wife about 4 years ago. It's automatic, but she DOES know how to drive stick (she learned in a Supra she bought). It's stock except for some JDM bB badges and a few LEDs.

I drive my 2003 IS300 5-speed. I have a JoeZ intake, Manzo catback exhaust, JDM antenna, JDM tail lights, JDM fender signals, IS200 sport grille, c-west style eye lids, DIY blacked out headlights/fog lights DIY dark amber signals and a few things here and there I can't remember at the moment.

But of course, you can see I'm repping Oppo!

Funny true story, I had the same Torsen rear LSD in a Toyota I used to own...wait for it...

Same part #

With the center diff locker and the Torsen LSD, it was more capable than any cute use today I can think of. Also, 5 speed.

I really like the first gen xB. I nearly bought one, but I ended up with a Forester instead.

Love those Rav4s. My dad has a '98. Strangely it has the same steering wheel as my IS (except wrapped in leather).

I love the first gen IS. Could potentially be my next car when I decide I absolutely need RWD.

They were really interesting looking. I'm sad that they went for the bigger, rounder body in the second generation.

That's funny you mention that, because Toyota (Scion) polled first gen xB owners and asked them what they wanted in a new xB. People said, bigger, more power, more capable etc.

Scion built them what they wanted, yet nobody wanted it. Hilarious.

The only problem is they made it hideous, and the added weight negated the power bump. tsk tsk tsk.
